Hotel Online Video Adverts
The Process:
Firstly we arrange an initial shoot where a cameraman visits your hotel to get mainly interior shots of a selection of bedrooms, restaurant, reception, lounge and any other features that the hotel may have such as gym or indoor pool. If possible it's always good to get some nice food shots, especially if the restaurant particularly prides itself on its fine foods. Exterior shots may be taken depending on weather condition (nothing sells a holiday destination like blue skies!) If necessary we'll return at a later time to shoot the exterior, either when the sun is shining or ideally at sunset. For the less aesthetically inspiring building we can use dramatic sweeping and elevating crane shots.
The footage is then taken away to be .edited and ambient music, graphics and/or a voice-over is added. We tend to keep the narration close to your current marketing strategy, basically turning your brochure into a film. You are then sent a preview in the form of a link to popular web site YouTube where we upload our first edit.
At this point the edit remains open and any changes or tweaks can be made. Once you're happy with the video we can either send you the file as a WMV and/or a Flash video, or for an additional £50 our web designer can put the video up on your web site. We can also supply the film on DVD.
Please note payment must be received in full before the final files can be released.
All footage is archived so that future updates can easily be made.
